We can take over a project at the following stages: 

• The customer presents a sketch or an idea – and Schur Flexible Prepress takes full responsibility for solving the entire project from idea to finished packaging.
• The customer’s agency hands over the job to Schur Flexible Prepress at a later stage – by electronic medium or via FTP server. We will then check the printability of the job, adapt it to the intended packaging solution and to the press on which the specific job will be printed.

Data can be delivered on the following media types:

• Mail: lhm@schur.com
• FTP server: Own server or mail lhm@schur.com for at secure FTP server link
• CD or DVD

 Requirements for the data:

• We can use data in ai, eps, grs or pdf format. We prefer pdf and Illustrator files
• Avoid InDesign created files
• All pixel data (photos and illustrations) have to be in high resolution and as external files
• Photo resolution unscaled 300 DPI
• Graphics in outline curves, not converted to photos/pixel data
• All required fonts have to be supplied. Alternative is to outline the texts.
• When possible, we kindly ask for printouts or a pdf of the job to make sure all files have been received correctly

We have a complete Prepress solution from ESKO Graphics and DuPont and produce plates on site.
