For decades Schur Flexible has supplied European market leaders with the Schur^®EasyPeel bag-in-box liner. This peeable liner offers consumer convenience and an excellent moisture barrier to preserve the product quality. Neutral and printable qualities are available, as are special high-speed films for VFFS and special grades for VFFS/HFFS machines with constant heat sealing bars.

The Schur^®Laminate range comprises 2 and 3 layer combinations of Polyethylene, Cast and Biaxially-oriented Polypropylene, Polyester, and Polyamide. What combination to go for depends on the requirements to meet – in terms of runability, the packing machine and the product type to pack. Acrylic coatings, as well as lacquer or metallic coatings are available – the latter with the purpose of enhancing the look of the pack.

Our range of bag constructions comprises all such features that are attractive to the cereals segment. This includes the stand-up features of the Schur^®Up construction and the recloseability of Schur^®Lock. Both constructions are packed on a Schur^®Star Bagging System.
