Flexo printing is a letterpress printing method where the printing machine operates with a central impression cylinder. The method has made great progress in recent years, and the primary advantage of flexo-printing is the improved registration of colours, due to the central impression cylinder.

Application of the C-t-P (Computer-to-Plate) technology gives superior print quality.

Until recently, the deformation of the single dot was the largest challenge in flexo-printing. Through application of the C-t-P technology both dot height and dot profile are fully under control, and each dot stands out entirely clean, resulting in a completely sharp and very vivid print.
