Schur®Star - the all-purpose machine concept
The Schur®Star all-purpose machine concept is a unique combination of pre-made bags and a packaging machine.
The Schur®Star Bagging System is characterised by optimal filling conditions based on an extremely wide and rectangular fill opening, making the system attractive to many industries and many purposes.
The Schur®Star Bagging System optimises both packaging process and the finished pack. Continuous filling gives high capacity, and the particularly short change-over time, combined with a considerably minimised material consumption are additional factors that bring both process and finished pack closer to perfection.
The Schur®Star Bagging System is compatible with all types of filling and dosing systems, gas flush equipment, marking systems etc. The machine is ergonomically correct, simple and easy to operate and maintain, and packing can be made manually, semi-automatically or fully automatically.
The system handles pre-made bags of polyethylene, polypropylene, and laminates. Bag constructions with all kinds of features are available, like bottom gusset and header bags with Euro-slot. Also segment bags and bags with convenient peel opening are available, as are stand-up bags and reclosable solutions, to name a few. And if you do not find the innovative construction you are looking for in our presentation, please contact us – we simply develop and produce your bag for you.
