Schur’s fully automatic Taping Machine has been developed for taping the join between the bottom of a tin and its lid. The Taping Machine can be used for biscuit tins, sweet tins and other types of tins having an outside lid, thus ensuring that these tins are perfectly airtight.

The machine can deal with tins of all sizes, for example, square, round and oval. As the tins contain delicate products, they are all handled with great care.The operation of the machine is minimal. This is, among other things, due to the 10,000 meters of tape roll used. The robust design of the machine means that it is extremely reliable and is thus suitable for three shift working.

Capacity: 25-40 tins/min. depending on the type of tin.

The taping Machine is part of Schur Technology unique packing line. This packing line ensures the optimal packaging of cookies, creams, biscuits and the like, from start to finish. The machine can, with advantage, be used together with Schur’s other packing machines designed for bakery industry, such as, the Cookie Stacker, the Box-, Tin Automatic and the Cartoning Machine.
