Small print Inkjet

A small print Inkjet printer can be used on all surfaces with a wide range of inks – both light and dark. We have a big selection of models to choose from with the VideoJet 1280, 1580 and 1880 being particularly popular models.

Small print is very suitable for uneven and round surfaces as well as on particularly sensitive products. The printing itself can take place in different environments and at very high speeds. Therefore, you can achieve a high print quality in both cold, hot, dusty and humid environments. A small print inkjet printer can also print several million prints without manual cleaning – and without compromising on quality.

Laser technology

Laser printing is characterized by minimal maintenance costs, high operational reliability, and high flexibility. The technology requires no consumables such as ink, compressed air or solvent, as a laser printer prints by burning through the top layer.

You can also get a laser printer that removes the top layer of material and thereby creates the required contrast with a permanent marking. At the same time, a laser printer is often compact in its technological design, which makes it easy to integrate. In addition, a laser printer can print on many different surfaces, which makes the laser printer suitable for both the food and non-food industries.

Labeling

Our labeling program includes a wide range of models, all of which can be adapted to a specific purpose within many different types of industries.

We offer equipment for printing and applying labels on retail packaging, items, shipping packaging and directly on pallets. We can also find a suitable solution if you need to apply labels to round, oval, flat, square or hexagonal products. In addition, we also have a wide range of printers for label application – from small desktop printers to high-end models designed for industrial production.

Thermal transfer

This technology is also known as foil printing, where you print directly on flexible materials such as foil webs, bags or labels with ribbons in many different color variants.

Thermal transfer can run in two modes. One is resting, where printing is done while the product is stationary. The second mode is done on continuously running packaging machines or labeling plants where printing is done with the product in motion. We have a wide selection of foil printers with different print widths and many solutions in the design of print layouts. We also offer a large product range of high-quality ribbons, which can be used for all models within thermal transfer printing.

High resolution Inkjet (HP technology)

Several of our printer solutions are based on HP technology, which is characterized by a high print resolution of up to 600 dpi. At the same time, the print quality remains high and the printers maintenance-free. The low operating costs and high operational reliability make the technology very attractive.

The HP technology prints with high quality directly on flat objects and a range of primary and secondary packaging solutions. The high degree of flexibility in the technology makes it popular to use for both large and small production companies in all industries. The solution also has a low purchase price, which makes it very attractive also for the small labeling needs.

Large print Inkjet

Large print inkjet is primarily intended for marking on secondary packaging and larger units. Our product range contains several recognized models for direct marking on for instance paper and plastic bags, corrugated cardboard, cans, flamingos, plasterboard and metal.

Our large print printers have been developed with a view to always ensure the highest print quality and uptime. Simultaneously, operating it is simple, and the printer requires only a minimum level of maintenance. For printing on packaging that requires particularly large characters and must be easy to read from a long distance, we can offer an inkjet large print printer that uses ink droplets several millimeters in diameter.

Visste du att skrivhuvudet på din skrivare faktiskt slits i onödan av dåliga färgband? Färgband är nämligen inte bara färgband – kvaliteten och hållbarheten kan variera kraftigt.

Vi är specialister på märkningsutrustning – inklusive färgband. Vi kompromissar aldrig med kvaliteten, även om vi är konkurrenskraftiga på priset. Våra färgband passar dessutom till alla märken av skrivare.

Innovativ färgskrivare och digitalt etikettryck

Som de enda på den skandinaviska marknaden kan vi stolt presentera två helt nya produkter i vårt sortiment – GSI Colorize™ CMYK+W och GSI NoLabel™. Dessa två produkter är utvecklade av det amerikanska företaget Graphic Solid Inks, och skrivarna erbjuder nästintill obegränsade möjligheter inom märkning.

Spårbarhet och trygghet i fokus

Hos Schur Marking utvecklar vi också mjukvara för att optimera märkningsprocessen. Nyckelord för våra mjukvarulösningar är trygghet, kvalitet och resursoptimering. Schur Octopus är ett bra exempel på detta. Programvaran kan användas för att hämta märkningsdata direkt från ditt ERP-system, och du kan använda mjukvaran för att optimera din efterföljande dokumentationsprocess.

Vi har även ett partnerskap med Loftware NiceLabel, en molnbaserad programvara som samlar all din data på ett ställe och gör det enkelt för dig att skriva ut korrekt information på dina etiketter.
