It is important for the individual employee, the work community and the company that everyone thrives. We all make a daily effort to ensure a good working environment and support activities which promote health and well-being. The jubilees' club, the exercise and sports clubs and the art club are examples of this. The company also supports local initiatives such as ’Club Horsens and Friends’, which organises common theatre and concert events.
Our employees are very loyal and competent and many of them have 25 and 40 years of seniority. This experience combined with many new innovative forces contribute to ensuring the future of the company. We see this as a sign that our employees enjoy being part of our working environment. However, we are aware that running a business also involves risks of incorrect handling of employee rights. We will try to identify these rights in our work with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs).
